I just finished dry January and ordered this wine to have during the month. I've tried many NA reds and this one is by far the best. You know how they can taste like juice? Not this one. It's thicker like actual wine, complex and a bit peppery. It's also has a little of that heat you feel when drinking a red. I will definitely be buying more. Finally an NA red win! Do yourself a favor and try it.

More Wine-like Than Sparkling Grape Juice

When I ordered this, I was concerned that it might be too much like the sparkling grape juice that my parents use to let me drink on New Year's Eve. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it tastes more like a real wine and not super icky sweet like sparkling grape juice. This wine is slightly sour, but still sweet. It is not a dry wine. It is easy to drink and tastes good. Perfect for anyone who doesn't typically drink wine or like wine.

This non-alcoholic rosé from Joyus arrived in a very secure manner with a pretty bottle and a nice colour to it visually. Scent-wise, it is very similar to regular rosé with a fruity aroma and a sulphur undertone that wines typically have. It poured like sparkling wine as well, forming the correct bubbles. I'd have to say this tastes much better chilled instead of at room temperature because when drinking this beverage at room temperature, you can taste a very salty profile. I'm not sure if this is because the alcohol was removed or because it is a leftover process but it turns very salty if not chilled.
Coming in at 6 grams of net carbohydrates per serving, I can recommend it for lower-carb lifestyles but will express that it can give gastrointestinal issues to those who are on the keto lifestyle. I experienced such issues after ingesting half of the recommended serving. It may be because of the process or because of the sugars in the non-alcoholic wine. The taste is very good if chilled so I think if you are looking to not drink, this is a good option. :)
