The media could not be loaded. I had looked for months for a bidet toilet, I had two toilets in my house that had add on bidet seats that worked very well, just not to aesthetically pleasing like an electronic toilet. Bought this one and was amazed by how we'll built it was. The body is porcelain, not plastic like so many I looked at. Worked extremely well for the first six to eight weeks then suddenly would not flush the bowl clean. It seemed it wasn't getting enough pressure to flush the bowl. Checked everything I could like kinked lines or improper hook up and the inline water filters. I was sure it would have to be serviced or replaced....wasnt happy about that aspect. Anyway I emailed the company like it said on the instruction manual, thinking I would hear back in three to four days. It was a matter of JUST HOURS the company got back to me with three videos to try to correct the problem. I WAS AMAZED at this level of customer service. In a matter of about 15 minutes I was black in business, turned out the water line had gotten blocked that flushes the bowl. VERY easy to follow instructions from the tech. Great product and OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Lee from EPLO!!!!

Love the features of this toilet and the nice luxury touches. Heated seat, heated air dryer/blower and option of hot or cold water cleaning, great water pressure, auto flush for seated use, easy kick flush for standing use, slow close lid (not automatic but that's ok!), comfortable 17" chair height, elongated seat. Not to mention the beautiful sleek design. We completely remodeled our outdated bathroom and I can't imagine a better looking toilet in this space than this one. We installed this on a 11.5 rough in. So it was a little tight but still worked out just fine.

Update** company reached out to us and helped us with issue. There was a crimp in the line and everything works good now!! Was very easy to correct.

It's a really nice looking toilet and it has some really nice extra features however it has very weak flush and the bidet function is pretty much nonexistent. Both of the most important features of this toilet are so weak it's like having 1/2 a toilet. Super frustrating. I would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Still getting used to all the features, but this was an improvement in almost all areas (auto open, kick to flush, night light, heated seat, dryer, tankless flush, auto close). My two issues with the product itself are that the power cord is a bit too short (an extra foot would've been great) and that the bidet stream is a bit weak. The latter isn't too bad as it still cleans just takes a bit longer than my old 100$ bidet add on.

Another note (can't hold this against the company) be sure you're ready for installation. Unfortunately for me the flange they sent was for a 4" pipe and my house was 3".
Also I lucked out with spacing as the hoses fit between the back of toilet and wall with no clearance (if the toilet was any longer going backwards I would've had to cut into the wall)

Great toilet. I have used Toto for years but they are so pricey and the shape of the bowls is now ideal ("stuff" sticks to the sides all the time). Bought this for my second home in Miami and liked it so much that I replaced a Toto toilet in my master bath with this. Has a great, wide bowl shape that stays clean unlike the Toto. Item arrived defective (auto open didn't work) but customer support was excellent. They shipped me a replacement seat quickly so I wouldn't have to reinstall the whole toilet. I was able to replace it myself fairly easily and it works like a charm now. They also gave me a $100+ credit for my troubles. All in all I really like this product and the customer service and highly recommend it!
