Can't say enough on how perfect this item is. I recently last month lost my 14 yr old son Bear unexpectedly. Had him since birth so it felt like I lost apart a child. My 13 yr old daughter took it hard also and really wanted Bears ashes. I searched for a week for hours each day and finally found this! The poem, omg I can't say enough on how spot on it is, and the tiny ash holder is great for kids because it allows them to have their ashes but not be able to lose them versus a necklace or such.
Definitely giftable. It came so well packaged you could honestly just ship it to someone's house and not worry about gift wrapping. I do wish it came with an ash filler kit. You will have to order that separately.

I bought this for myself in 2012 when my 13 year old St Bernard passed away and now every time I have a friend or relative who has a dog pass I ask them to text me a picture but they don't know why and then I'll print it out at Walgreens and send it to them by mail or delver it! Everyone has just been so touched and delighted with this lovely remembrance of their beloved pet!
