All of the recipes not only look amazing (each has a photo), but all seem really simple to make! It even has tips on how to best preserve your fresh catch and how best to apply dry breading or a batter (for best frying results).
I haven't made a single recipe yet, but am highly recommending this cook book. I suspect you could substitute most any fish in these recipies!

Ordered Tuesday, came on Friday. I simply cannot wait to start knocking off some of the recipes in this cookbook. Sometimes people get stuck in the rut of the same couple, 2-3 fish recipes. This Cookbook will change that for you. Easy enough recipes and instructions even the most novice of cooks in the kitchen will be able to follow along and make some excellent food for themselves and entertaining guests!
