I've only just been using this for a few days, so it's still too early to tell, and so I will add some updates.
But just wanted to comment on how well packaged the product was. Especially something that is to be consumed. It gave me comfort knowing that it was sealed on the outer box, and there was also another cap once opening the product.
It's quite gooey, so I normally put mine in hot water and then just leave the little wooden scoop in there until it's dissolved.
It tastes bad, but not unbearable... Just different.
But then, my mom likes to say, anything that tastes bad, is bound to be good for you! 😂
I think it's reasonably priced compared to other similar products.
Something to note, the marking for the measurement starts to fade over time. So might be worth making a scratch in the wood at some point before it disappears altogether. That's minor, but will still give me peace of mind, since I read somewhere that you shouldn't take too much of this stuff as it can cause headaches and other side effects (that's hearsay, but thought I'd just put it out there, in case).

I fist saw a TikTok about Shilajit. I then did some reading and decided to try it. After 4 full days on it I saw it actually works. It tastes bad, but Im sleeping better, and it detoxifies your body and then your skin glows. As for energy idk if that's coming from the better sleep as well seeming more relaxed. I did notice it helps with stamina but again that could be sleep. It's definitely worth taking and I will continue as my skin and body feel great.

I wasnt sure about this but i figd for the price, I'll give it a try. Visually, it's very shiny and resin like. Its very sticky so once you drop it into the water, it disolves easily after letting it sit for about 5 min. Then stir and drink. I use only warm water, as I'm worried that more heat may kill off beneficial nutrients or properties. It tastes a lot like beef bouillon cubes to me with notes of black licorice. The flavor really isn't bad at all. And even if you dont like the flavor, its worth that nice uplifting energy boost. I pretty much just drink it down in a couple sips. I try to stretch it out by only drinking it in the morning. I'll def be back to buy more😎

Felt the need to leave a review for this because I've noticed a significant difference in my energy levels to the point that I refuse to miss this in my morning coffee every day. Weird tar like consistency makes it easier to dose. It came with some leakage. I just dipped it in my warm water and got it off the bottle. I used the color to know how much to get off the outside of the jar. Worked great. Waste not"¦"¦ it works as described. Great energy! Do your research and don't use to much. Great value. I just put it on one side of the stick and stir it around in the warm water. It melts easily. I don't think it tastes bad at all. No smell really. Didn't bother my stomach either. Take 30 min before breakfast. I wouldn't take before bed. You probably wouldn't sleep.
