I was a little worried about ordering this product. In Hawaii this item was always in the chilled section at the market. So when I ordered and it took almost 3 days from the time it shipped to get to me I was concerned .
It seemed to be packed well insulated. The Kamaboko was great. It says to place in refrigerator before eating.
The taste was just perfect. I will be ordering more!
