Great looking bag with the capacity to carry most of your fishing gear in an organized and secure fashion.
The bottom is rigid plastic or rubber so cannot really fold this completely up but can be collapsed nearly flat. The bottom is definitely waterproof but it seems as though the rest of the bag is water resistant--don't submerse this and expect it not to be wet inside. The fabric is tough but handsome looking synthetic something or other with plenty of nice details and smooth working hardware.
Nice gift or use it as I plan to on my next outing.

Fit all my strip bait, tackle, loose gear, a hand feel and then some, with still plenty of space to go. Didn't realize the bottom was basically harder rubber at first, which is a huge plus since it'll be water resistant and heavy duty. Looking forward to getting out on the water soon and put it to use for the first time.
