This product is marvelous, My house was really hot and I couldn't find any good acts to keep my house chill , but with this product IT keeps my house cold and works really good and it doesn't need electricity which is really nice, I've been using this for awhile now and I enjoy it very much unlike any other , easy to use , it actually releases cold air . Really love enjoy this product , whenever its hot outside , I come to my home and enter and it's fresh cold air and never hot in my home and it shocks me how amazing it works unlike any other ac I've ever bought , love this, I really really much recommend this amazing Product, really keeps you cold and it's amazing whenever it's really severe hot outside , myself I enjoyed this product and happy that I found this product ,because with out it IT won't keep my home cold and fresh . Cumple muy bien con todo, pocas quejas en general. Te dan mucho por lo que pagas. Si eres una persona sensible al ruido (como yo) te puede costar acostumbrarte al sonido que genera. La publicación miente sobre los BTU, en realidad es de 7000 y no de 10000 como dicen. Como recomendación para disminuir el ruido, recomiendo poner el desagüe continuo, ya que al evaporar el agua, genera un sonido adicional. Seria genial que tuviera una velocidad mas baja del ventilador, la velocidad mas baja tiene mucho caudal de viento. Por todo lo demás, muy bien construido y funciona perfecto.

Says 10,000 BTU, but I received a 7,000 BTU. False advertisement. The only reason I didn't return it because we have 100+ degrees hot days and I need it. Look at the pictures I've posted.

I like the speedy shipping, it works, blows cold air if set up right. With my unit, the window kit didn't work correctly. The prongs were too small to lock in place. See picture above. The screws were way to short to put washers on. I went to Walmart and bought the correct ones. Just take the washer with you and try it on the screws. The one that fit is it. I forgot the size. I put the AC on a wooden night stand. To elevate it enough for the water to come out the hose correctly. I bought a slim garbage can to catch the water. It does fill up. I keep checking on it. I dump it before I got to bed and when I wake up. 10 gal/38L garbage can. If you're doing the plug test and nothing happens, try another outlet or plug. If your room is not cooled, check for unsealed areas or your window and window kit. I sealed the areas around the window kit with cardboard and duck tape. Room been cooled off ever since. Overall it's a great product. Well worth it for the price, well spent. Again, not 10,000 BTU it's actually 7,000. Hope this helps.

My mom bought us this AC unit 2 months ago because of how hot it was in Texas it was making my house super hot! I needed something because I gave birth in July and my baby was getting heat rashes and was only 1 month old I felt so bad for how hot it was and my mom decided to buy us this unit so my baby and finally relax he would cry so much. We placed this AC in the living room and as soon as we turned this AC on I felt the freezing air instantly it almost immediately got cold where it was facing and within 30 mins my whole house was cold sometimes I even have to put a blanket over me for how freezing it gets but I much rather be freezing then hot now that its starting to cool down in Texas we don't use it as much but every now and then it helps I love how it can be portable. I will say if your going to have it portable then face the back of the AC to whatever room your not gun a use so the warm air can face that way. I'm still so happy about this AC my grandma even bought one for her house to we ordered the 12,000 BTU one it's better for big rooms or in my case my whole kitchen living room and dining room lol it's always fresh and cool!! Also I don't mind the AC noise but if you do then it will prob be a bit loud for you.
