I received my product when it said it would come. It was very well packaged. I used my shampoo today, and it did not lather at all. It seemed more like a conditioner to me than a shampoo. I only care about it helping with the health and growth of my hair, if it works in doing that then this would deserve a five star. I gave a four star because to me it does not lather like a shampoo.
My hair is falling out a lot less.

Because of a nutritional deficiency of poor iron absorption my hair has been falling out a lot. However, In the first week of using this product, I noticed my is not falling out as much. I have bought this shampoo after buying Black rice spray from the same brand. I hope that these two products will work together better as my hair began to fall out a lot! Shampoo has a nice smell, I massage it for about 3 minutes and then rinse. My hair after this shampoo is so soft and shiny. Hope it will also make my hair stronger!
