Great Power, Easy Cleanup, and Perfect Lightweight Design

What an amazing investment this Vonforn Paint Sprayer has been. I have been doing furniture refinishing for quite some time. I have always used an old school approach (paint brush/rollers), but I just couldn't keep up with the quantity of items I was trying to refinish. Once I learned that using a paint sprayer is 11x faster than a brush"¦I started my research. I looked at all the top name brands, but I was drawn to this one most because of its lightweight design. As I age and do a lot of sanding, my hands have been hurting a lot. I worked 20+ years as an occupational therapist so I know how important joint protection and ergonomics are. So I decided to go with the one that would be most gentle on my body. But, to be honest, there are dozens of other things now that I appreciate about this sprayer. I am grateful how easy it is to take apart and clean. I change the paint colors I spray a lot do this really saves me time. I also am impressed with the different nozzle options to adjust my spray. The strap to carry the device is really comfortable when I do it as a cross body"”because it distributes the weight comfortably on my back. I appreciate this because I also have chronic back pain from all my years of heavy lifting. I find the air hose is just a little too short for me to set on the ground while I spray, but this is probably because I elevate my projects up on a platform to limit bending and allow me to spray at waist to eye level. The power has been great too. I can't imagine painting now with a weaker device. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others. It has really helped me to take my transformational furniture flips to the next level.
I took the leap and did my guest bathroom!

Pros: Was easy to use and nice even coverage on walls. Lightweight machine, the hose was not in the way like I thought it would be. The carrying strap and nifty carrying compartment came in handy. Only took one coat and about 1-1/2 quarts of paint to do the entire room with minimal overspray. Cons: It didn't go as quickly as I had anticipated. Perhaps I need more practice to get faster. Good thing it only needed 1 coat. Nobody warned me of all the dust it creates on surfaces everywhere...even in other rooms! Think the extreme air contributed to that. The air makes it a bit noisy and cumbersome to maneuver, as it blows your drop cloths and plastic covers all over the place. Not ideal in a small space like a bathroom. Also, I wish there were suggestions for the different spray nozzles. I learned the hard way (halfway thru the job) that the default nozzle (one that came in gun) was not the best one for the job and it made it go extremely slow. I tried a bigger nozzle for the other half of the room and save about 45 min. Overall I thought this product was decent.
Super happy with this purchase -- highly recommend.

I am having to nitpick in order to find a con related to this sprayer but here goes: I have a lot of experience painting with brushes and rollers and have borrowed sprayers from friends occasionally, but admit I'm not an expert on these machines. With that said, I purchased the Vonforn sprayer because I needed it for a variety of DIY projects I wanted to take on, including repainting some outdoor furniture and repainting some car exterior panels. It worked perfectly for both and I am eager to find other reasons to use it again!
CONS: As I said above, I am having to search for a negative thing to say. The only thing that I can think of is that in would be helpful if the hose connecting the sprayer gun to the blower was a bit longer and/or a little more flexible. It didn't effect my projects because the sprayer comes with a should strap so I used a long extension cord for power, strapped on the sprayer and was able to easily walk around my project for even spraying.
PROS:
-- The machine is powerful. It allows for spraying a variety of viscosities of paint. I didn't need to thin my paint for either project.
-- That power can also be used for dust cleanup as the machine can be used in a blower function as well.
-- Most of the machine is plastic, but it is very sturdy, seems rugged and the design is quite attractive.
-- Comes with should strap, attachments to enable you to coil the hose around the machine when not in use, nozzles in a range of sizes that make it easy to swap nozzle sizes and to adjust outflow volume and spray pattern.
-- Includes helpful items like paint filters to prevent device clogging and dirt, dust and other contaminants in your finished paint job.
I spent hours researching sprayers on Amazon before choosing this sprayer. I was hesitant at first because of the very competitive price ("How can it be good at such a good price?," I thought.) But the reviews were excellent and I don't regret the decision in the slightest.
I think this sprayer would satisfy even expert users -- I am not one though so can't guarantee that. However, I have no problems recommending this sprayer to fellow DIYers and artists --- it's a pleasure to use and an incredible bargain.
Happy painting!

We decided to redo our kitchen and connecting rooms, and because it was going to be a big job I decided I'd try out a sprayer seeing as I'd heard they'd save you time; this VONFORN sprayer did exactly that and did an outstanding job of covering multiple surfaces.
Assembling the device itself is straightforward; connecting hoses, setting the paint intake so it's angled to your current use (above your head or straight-on spraying), and connecting the paint container to the device is simple. Seeing as you can use the device with all sorts of sprays (stain, all types of paint) they tell you to test and make sure it's thin enough for the machine or to thin prior to application; I was using basic latex interior paint, so this wasn't really an issue. This particular kit came with a number of nozzles, though I only used the one already in the sprayer; others would increase/decrease the size of the spray pattern. A twist mechanism at the end of the sprayer let's you select vertical, horizontal, or round patterns to match your needs; a large thumb screw helps you increase/decrease the flow/quantity of whatever you're applying.
Using this device I easily sprayed crown moulding (in place), the ceiling of the room, walls, doors, a built-in seating area, the interior of a pantry closet, etc.; it handled everything with ease! The round pattern perfectly covered the various corners of moulding and the corners of walls and cabinets; others made it easier to cover big open areas like the walls and ceiling. I didn't have any problems with clogging and was able to step away from the project for some 45-90 minute breaks and come back without issues (I of course needed to pinch off the small dried paint at the end of the nozzle before beginning again).
Clean-up if again pretty straightforward; you simply disconnect and unscrew the various pieces, clean with (in my case) water, use the included small (bottle) brush where needed to clean out the interior of nozzle, and then let things dry.
It is worth noting that when "on" the sprayer is going to be blowing air regardless of whether or not you have the trigger compressed and are actively spraying; that's not really a problem, but just something to know as you prepare your work area. I, for instance, started with using plastic sheeting to cover surfaces (DEFINITELY cover surfaces; with a sprayer it will be in the air and go where you might not expect), but seeing as one of the size rooms was quite small that led to me needing to pause, tape plastic down even more securely (vs. just a "drop" as I'd started with), and then return to work. Ultimately I found that using the red painting paper was easier because of it's weight.
Overall I'm 100% satisfied with this sprayer and wish that I'd purchased it much sooner... It does a great job of applying paint to any surface and saved me loads of time!

what I didn't like was how the printed instructions did not have the recomendations for the different sized copper flow fittings. so I just had to try them all out, and when you want to paint that's frustrating. But over all it was easy to use and light on my hand. you do have to test the spray before, to make sure it's right.
