Love the new flavor. I add to my eggs or even make a sandwich out of it.

The convenience and flexibility of Spam with the flavor of tocino. Perfect for sandwiches, as a breakfast item (with garlic fried rice) or to use in any dish you'd use Spam.

The maple taste is mild which for me is a good thing. It doesn't taste like regular spam but has that spam texture that everyone either loves or hates. We tried it sliced and fried with fried eggs on English muffins and found it rather decent. Not super salty like reg spam.
I mostly keep spam on hand for ISHTF episodes or if I am feeling unwell but still need to cook for my son who happens to actually love a spam sandwhich. I don't think I would recommend the maple version by itself for a sandwhich but worked great with egg and a toasted muffin.
