This hose is a good value but it has one flaw. It retains it's coiled strength even after use. It will resist laying flat and be difficult to use because it has a spring effect that causes it to be very difficult to uncoil. That is a result of the materteral used. The hose is still functional but difficult to use. Perhaps over time this tendency to resist uncoiling will dissipate.
Quality seems to be good for the price.

My old hose was a pain to uncoil, always kinked when pulling it around the yard. When I received this it was a cooler day but uncoiled and didn't link easily while pulling on it. On warmer days I think it will behave nicely. The Nozzle is a nice perk with the hose. I like the water pressure adjustment on top.
