I ordered this shower cap visor to use for our 6-month-old grandson when he bathes at our house. It is fantastic! These visors have been around for decades. I have one on in one of my childhood pictures. It was made of wire and vinyl. I should mention that I'm 61 years old, so this was in 1965.
Materials have certainly advanced! This bath visor has a band of soft and supple silicone. It rests tightly against our baby boy's face and head. No water leaks through at all. The top of the visor is hard plastic, so it keeps its shape very well. A very innovative design that works great! 5 Stars!

This is a good shower cap, and it does its job of keeping water out of my toddler's face. The part that sits against the skin is soft silicone - so it forms a good seal, and it's comfortable. The top/front bill is hard plastic, which means it doesn't buckle under the weight of water. It stays put and directs water to the back of the head.
This is highly adjustable, with holes set closely all along the strap. So this can grow with a child, and even be shared between siblings of different ages.
The only thing I did not like is the open ridge at the bottom edge of the cap, at the part that sits near the face. I feel like I need to make sure to shake all the water out of that ridge, or else it has a hard time drying. Wish that part was just 1 smooth piece. But this still works well, and I'd still get it again.
