I use it to store a road bike, wich wobbles a little bit just becouse of the more slender width of the tire.
This rack works better with a wider tire as in the case of mountain bikes.

After ordering wall mounts and disliking them, this is a dozy. It's one of the easiest contraptions I've ever put together. It's study for my Med size mountain bike and it fits nicely in my small city Apt. However, the strap it came with does not fit as soon for my size bike. I made my own contraption with a rubber band but I would like to see manufacturers take into consideration that not everyone is storing a road bike"¦
