It took a minute to figure out I had it on too tight at first but now I really like it - I was comparing with my other monitor which has been in line with my Dr checks, and it was running a lot higher, but when I looked more closely at the manual and tried it starting out with a looser cuff, it's been great and accurate. (I keep comparing with the other one.) It tightens up all the way when turned on. Also like that with the app I can use share to save history in PDF I can send Dr. And, that I can delete any mistake readings. The ECG, you have to be sure you have full contact on the sensors on both sides, then works fine. It has always said normal, I am getting a pre-op exam including EKG next month so will find out if accurate. Only flaw is the app doesn't have the same share feature for those readings. You could take a history screenshot though. It's very easy to set up and to use, manual is good.
