I just got it this month and it paid for itself tremendously already. I'm caregiving my 98 year old Mother and she just lost her ability to walk and can barely stand. Osteoarthritis. I can't say enough good things about how this is saving my back and and mind. The stress level has decreased and Mom and I both look forward to the beginning and end of the day using this product. Getting her out of the bed took a couple of times watching the video but we got it down pat. Easy to put together and quality parts. Impressed with the wheels and how easy they maneuver with weight on them. Just the tool that I need in my life right now for the price!!
