The chair works as described. I have one complaint from the design department. The hard seat ripped from the seat belt connected to the base board. It would have been stronger if secured thru the hard plastic seat. Other than that it is a good product.

This lift works great for my 96 3/4 yr. Old mother. It works great for showering, using potty, getting in and out of bed. It is easy to assemble, has four locks, cranks up and down with one hand and moves easily!
