This is not a museum quality piece, but it is exactly what I wanted. Probably won't last very long. Grandsons are rough on toys, but it is surprisingly strong. It pulls all the other cars easily. Only down side is that the wheels fit the track width just fine, but the length of the wheels causes the train to jump the track on tight turns. Avoid the tight turns and this is a great little addition to a favorite toy.

Between Brio, Hape, and this Sainsmart motorized train, this one is easily the best. It has taken an absolute beating over the past few months and still runs as well as new. The Hape train is similar to this one, although the wheels are different and don't stay on the track quite as easily. The Brio isn't even close to the quality level of the other two. Even if this train stopped tomorrow it would still be 5/5 given how much use and abuse it has already taken.
