So easy to use. Seems to pick up more than old SWIFFER. I moved my old SWIFFER to our bar area in the basement. This one is for the high traffic areas upstairs. It works the same way as the old, just different mop head. I mop every day because of our dog running in and out through the dog door with his buried bone collection. And vacuum as well but I love the fact that this mop picks up more. Anything that makes cleaning less and easier, I love. This tool is a must have in every household!

I saw some reviews, after the fact, saying the bottles wouldn't click in. Well, that happened. But I used it by pushing in the bottle while pushing the squirt button. The product worked so much better than the Wet Jet.
So I sent Swiffer an email about the problem. They sent me a coupon for a new bottle. I haven't gotten one yet to see if it works. But was nice that they did that. This new mop is better than the flat mesh like ones. Got way more dirt up.
The bottle issue was why 4 stars. If the new bottle works, I would go 5. I have a long hair shedding dog so use Swiffer products a lot.

I'm the queen of New-fangled mops. At present, I have the original swiffer floor mop and the duster. I have one of those expensive twist to wring mops which i dont have the strength in my hands to twist, and now a new LOVE. The Swiffer Power Mop (PM) with the improved larger head. Instead of using 4-5 pads with the original, I use two of the new improved. Its also quieter than the old. This thing is hands down the easiest mop I've ever used. The bigger head means I get the floor mopped with about half the swipes as the old model so it's faster to get it done. It also lays down flat against the floor so where I had to move furniture to get under, I can just slide it under and in. Voila! Now I have 2 Pomeranians and a teacup Aussie. They shed in clumps for the most part, but their fur still gets all over. The new mop pad picks it ALL up the first time because it gets caught in those little mop fingers and stays there! I am so happy right now you have no idea! Of course I'll keep the old Swiff for little messes but to do my whole house, the new Swiffer PM will be my go to! Highly recommended!

I've owned a Swiffer jet for over 10 years now and it makes quick clean ups at home pretty easy especially when your time is limited. Anyhow, I just tried out this Swiffer power jet and so far I'd like it. I bought it for my office and it worked just fine. Looking forward to using it again in the near future. I will add that to your regular swiffer pads will not fit correctly on the power jet because it is a little longer, but it doesn't mean you can't use it-just improvise. I recommend it.
