Saw this style of pillow floating around on TikTok and decided to give it a try, especially after seeing the 100 day trial period. 1 month in, here are my thoughts.
1. I had been waking up so stiff and achey for a few months. I tried a pillow between or under my knees, shoulders on the pillow, shoulders off the pillow, back sleeping only, and nothing was working. I usually use a $10-$20 fake down pillow from Target. It took less than a week to adjust to, and I felt much more comfortable in thr mornings.
2. Are my neck problems cured? No, because there's other factors in my life that worsen it. But the key is in the morning I don't need to sit up slowly and doing a stretching routine just to turn my neck.
3. I put my normal pillowcase over the one it comes with with no issues. Even for the arm rest pieces, which admittedly I don't use often.
4. As a side sleeper, this is great because it helps prevent your ear from shrinking down to your shoulder. I tested it compared to my previous pillow and it made a big difference
5. Back sleeping is easier and more comfortable. Your head can naturally roll just a little to one side and the pillow shape supports it.
6. I do flip it to the shorter side to use for stomach resting, but I don't sleep on my stomach. I find it comfortable.
7. If you lay on your side on your phone in bed, you can't as you would if you were sleeping. I will lay on the very corner and am quite comfortable during my scrolling.
8. The pillow stays nice and cool, which is great because you can't flip it over. However if you go to bed with wet hair, the damp pillowcase gets very cold. I try to put a towel down now if I lay down right after my shower.
9. Super easy to activate the warranty by emailing customer service. Friendly and fast!

Alright, so I've seen all these weird shaped pillows for years, and haven't gotten any, because how uncomfortable do they look?? They couldn't possibly help with neck pain, right? WRONG! I have had neck pain for over 20 years from slipped discs, and I wake up every morning in varying degrees of pain, from soreness to shooting pain. I finally gave in and thought I'd try this pillow - and I am SO glad I did. I noticed improvement from night one. It took some getting used to, because I tend to toss and turn at night, and this pillow really keeps you in one position, because of the shape. So it was about 3 nights before I got a good nights sleep, BUT I noticed a difference the first day, because my pain was minimal, then the second day it was a faint soreness, by day three it was gone! I tried sleeping on my normal pillow again a couple weeks later, just to compare, and immediately went back to tossing and turning, and my neck hurt the next morning.
I will say that the fabric doesn't do much to keep me cool, I have hot flashes normally, and this didn't make them better, but the pillow also doesn't hold the heat in like cotton or flannel pillow cases would. So, it didn't cool me down, but it didn't make me hotter. I wish that they had a pillow case replacement out of cooling fabric also - that would be amazing!
The shape of the pillow takes some getting used to, I do wake up at night if I roll over, because you have to either move the pillow, or scoot back into the same position you were just in, to use the pillow. The way the pillow is shaped, there is really only one way to place your head - but this is how it is keeping your neck in position, to prevent the neck pain.
I was worried that the sides would be high enough to make me claustrophobic, but they aren't. I didn't find it comfortable to sleep on my belly, but can easily sleep on both sides and back.
If you have neck pain, I would definitely highly recommend this!!
