I've used fresh cilantro plenty of times, but never dried cilantro, so I was surprised by how weak the flavor is. But I should have done a little more research before I got this because I was hoping I could use this in place of fresh cilantro since I can never use up the ones that I buy. Dried cilantro is definitely milder in flavor than fresh. I'll reserve this for when I'm making something that'll need more cooking time. Comes in a plastic jar with 2 different size openings.
