But the product itself is great. I was off by half an inch on the windows so they're a bit on the short side. The plunger bolts didn't line up with the slots on the windows (about 2 inches off) so I ended up using gorilla tape to hold it onto the window frame. Shipping is a bit of a gamble when it comes to rural Alaska, shipping said it was delivered on the 14th and then finally got it on the 20th of June.
It came all in one piece with no damage which is impressive for the way things usually arrive.

Turns out I could not be happier, the quality is top notch, the materials and craftsmanship are spot on. They sent exactly what I ordered so measure twice to be sure that you don't order the wrong size. Remember they build these screens to your specifications and you can't blame them for your own miscalculations. There are plenty of reference materials and DIY information to help you figure out what and how to measure. It was super easy and we love these screens. If you need some window screens, order them from this company, I want them to continue making screens for a long, long time.
