One of my living room window screens had broken 2 months ago, and I kept putting off ordering a new one, because I was unsure who to order from or how to make sure I measured correctly, but I went to the Amazon
website, and found custom screens from Metro, and it showed how to measure, so I finally broke down and ordered from Metro Screens, and I am so thrilled that I did! I ordered two, so they would match, and they said I would receive them between June 3rd and June 13th, and I received them on June 5th, via FedEx. They were so easy to install and they fit perfectly! I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I saved about 75%, compared to having a company come out and do it. Now that I know how easy it is, I am going to order one for my dining room window!

Screens look good and product arrived on time. Somewhat hard to install and one of the pull tabs ripped off. I was replacing an old screen and used the exact measurements on the old screen. Since the old screen was a snug fit , in retrospect I should have measured an eighth of an inch shorter on the width and length.

It came out better than expected! Packaged with care so there was no way it could get damaged in shipping. It matches the rest of the screens in the house perfectly. In retrospect I should have made it a 1/8" taller, without the old frame to measure off of and no other windows of the same size I kinda guessed on the height, the tilt of the window sill threw me off a little. But it will still do the job of keeping the bugs out when the window is open.

But the product itself is great. I was off by half an inch on the windows so they're a bit on the short side. The plunger bolts didn't line up with the slots on the windows (about 2 inches off) so I ended up using gorilla tape to hold it onto the window frame. Shipping is a bit of a gamble when it comes to rural Alaska, shipping said it was delivered on the 14th and then finally got it on the 20th of June.
It came all in one piece with no damage which is impressive for the way things usually arrive.

Very good instructions for ordering the correct product and measuring for the right fit. Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Went from the shipping box straight to the window. Fit perfectly. Much strudier than the original screen. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
