This is an early review as I've only taken these supplements for 9 days so far. I started with 3 of each every day, but I spread them out. After a few days, I took two of each, then one of each later. I haven't taken all six at once yet.
I was a little nervous about starting fruit and vegetable supplements due to some scary reviews I'd read; i.e. don't take if you have acid reflux, causes horrible diarrhea, causes stomach issues, etc.
Nope! These supplements are not causing any problems whatsoever. My stomach feels better than usual, and I've had no digestive issues at all. They're also easy to swallow.
As for energy, it may be my imagination, but I have a wee bit of extra energy.
I'll do an update after a couple of months of taking these supplements.
