I like that you can control the suction settings and theres interchangable tips. I'd say it does what it's advertised to do. I got a lot more out of my skin than I thought I would. I also moisturized my skin to avoid bruising and help the health of my skin. I did have a hard time keeping track of all the places I'd gotten to, so I did end up with a small hickey or 2 on my face from going over the same spot too many times, but it looks like it's going away fairly quickly and that's with me trying it out the same day.
It broke after 4 months.

I love this thing! I have tried to many things to remover blackheads - extractions, strips, chemical exfoliators. This ACTUALLY WORKS! You can see blackheads coming out as you use it, and it's even more clear how effective it is after use. My first time, I bruised a little but it went away after a day. Now I don't bruise but my nose will be red for a day or so after use. I just plan to use it when I won't be going out much for the rest of the day. I started using after steaming my face and that has been a game changer- so much gunk comes out! Absolutely recommend!

Sounds terrifying when you turn it on, but works like a charm! My nose is a breeding ground for blackheads, and I've never been so disgusted and amazed at the same time to see what this suction tool pulled out of my nose! I use it after showers when my pores have been the most steamed and dang, I love it! Word of advice, use at night, cause you'll be SO red that you'll get weird looks at the store - speaking form experience. My only issue is that the buttons can't be silenced, and they are super duper load. But that's nothing when you get what get out of this product.
