This is one of the most useful products I ever purchased. It has been over one year to provide good support for my mother, who is a resident of a nursing home. I am a petite woman but can always transfer my mother very quickly. The design of this product is simple to handle. My mother cannot stand on her feet or walk at all. However, she prefers sitting on a toilet to empty her bowel movement over using a diaper. This product allows me to help her how she wants to without getting additional help from others. I can take her to her church or restaurants by myself. Putting her into a vehicle and getting back to her nursing home can be done without getting extra help. I strongly recommend this product to others. The price is great, and you will get more value than you paid. Excellent customer support, too.

We like the product, and it's practical. The only issue we found is that the seats got damaged (both regular and restroom) and the wheels. We contacted the seller and they mentioned they will be more than happy to send us replacements.
