They're really hard to get out of the pouch the first time bc they got stuck to the leather ish stuff, but I'm sure that's just bc its hot right now. Once you loosen them up it's fine (although they might stick again over time). They seem to work just fine on first try. I just wish the thin pointy ones were thinner on the end like the slanted ones. Not as good as tweezerman, but definitely not bad for the price. I kinda wish I could have gotten them in fun colors like I'm seeing in other reviews, but they weren't available when I ordered.
