My kid loves this. The foam and the material is soft, so my toddler can jump in all the time without worrying about him. Fill it with enough balls and it is a great time killer and joy. My only complaint is that the bottom foam is not attachable, it just sits on the mesh bottom. This leads to balls ending up under it when my kid goes crazy. Then it's a dilemma of whether to dump them all out or try to remove the ones underneath while keeping more from falling in. The rest of the time, this thing is amazing.

This foam ball pit is of a decent size, and it appears capable of standing up to the rough and tumble play of toddlers. It is constructed of mid-grade foam wrapped in a soft fabric and serves the purpose for which it is intended (a confined play space for little ones).At $33, this ball pit is relatively well priced; however, expect to pay another $70 at minimum to make this into an actual ball pit. On the low end, a pack of 100 used, Amazon brand standard size balls that will cost that much. Expect more around $100+ for packs of 100 new standard size balls... or $30 for a pack of mini-sized balls. From our experience you'll need 200 standard balls, or 300 mini-sized balls, minimum to make this product actually feel like a ball pit.
Ultimately, you will have to pay a total of !$125 to actually put this thing to use as a ball pit. That is far too expensive for a product of this size and quality.... but it is roughly in line with the alternatives that come with balls included. All told, these little ball pits look decent at a glance, but they get very expensive in a hurry.
At the end of the day, this product is better priced than many comparable ball pits in the market, but it still becomes overly expensive to make it into an actual ball pit. That earns it 4/5 stars, overall!

Super soft and Great size

This was perfect for my one year old. Just be aware it's going to take A LOT of ball pit balls to fill this thing up. The picture that I have is of only 200 balls and that only fills the bottom up.
So I will probably accumulate those slowly over time.
My only complaint is the bottom cushion for the pit. I wish you could zip it into the ball pit because my little one loves to take it out and move it around, so the balls constantly get stuck under it and/or I constantly have to fix it. Something that I did that kind of fixed the problem was to put it underneath the ball pit instead of inside. I do prefer it inside because that's where it's supposed to go but putting it underneath solves that problem of balls getting stuck under it.
I also want to note I had no problems with it propping up once it was out of it's compression bag.
So I will probably accumulate those slowly over time.

I ordered the Medium 35.4" version of this ball put and I was quite pleased. It comes very compact in a red wrap that looks almost burrito-like. It does take a bit of time for it to fully expand after being compressed on its journey through the mailing process. It holds a good amount of balls (took around 350 for me to feel good about how filled it was) I do wish the sides were a bit more reinforced, if a little one leans too much against it they'll be able to crawl out or if their back leans against it there is a chance they can tumble that way. I only intend to have it in use while I'm in the same room. Compared to other foam pits like it, I will say this is the most budget friendly one I've come across, and for the price it's definitely reasonable.
