This product is shipped directly from Pakistan to the US. Shipping times were relatively quick considering that it isn't coming from a US warehouse. Once I found enough material to stuff it the process wasn't too bad. I used polyfill and cut clothing as the filler. I used the method of stuffing in Effective Martial Arts YouTube video and it came out great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the size of the arms. They don't taper to actual wrists and are just tubes. But the positioning of the dummy is great for practicing passing open guards and submissions.

**Two 6.5 lb (13 lbs in all) boxes of Fairfield polyfill will fill it up completely and firmly enough for drilling. Takes about 45 mins to stuff it. I ran a pool noodle up through the spine and head to make it more rigid.

This is great for drilling a number arm attacks, neck attacks, guard entries, and sweep but I will say the legs are very short for any leg locks. I'm 6' tall and any leg drills aren't realistic but everything else is great. I do recommend stuffing it with old clothes instead of polyfill; this will make the dummy more dense instead of spongey.

I did a lot of research on training dummies before I bought this one. I was able to stuff this dummy with
20 lbs. of Ply-fil, and I could not be happier with it, it's just awesome!!! Be sure not to stuff the dummy while pulling hard on the zipper area. This can cause one of the zippers to break, but there are 2 zippers and a velcro closure for extra piece of mind. Happy training!
