Lotus seed germination

After scarifying the seed, and floating in clean water, I saw germination 🌱 within 24 hours. After 3 days, 11 of the 15 seeds have germinated kept at 85° F. There's still hope for the other 4 seeds. I recommend these seeds!

The seeds are hard surfaced. Instructions say scrape the end of each seed to expose the inner soft seed.. Thats a hard task. I used a grinder to grind the ends and found success. The above photos show the leaves growing but not flowering yet. I hope you have similar success.
