• •NON ALCOHOLIC GLUTEN FREE BEER: Crafted without Gluten! How did we do it? Choosing suitable grains. The first step is creating a recipe, and we found that millet, buckwheat, and oats would give us the right flavor, color, and mouthfeel. We sourced these from facilities like Grouse Malt House, which specializes in gluten-free ingredients.
• •EXTRA PRECAUTIONS FOR GLUTEN SENSITIVES: Our beers typically contain gluten, except for this one. To address gluten sensitivities, we meticulously deep cleaned every tank, leaving no grain behind. We also added Clarex, a gluten-reducing enzyme, to provide an extra layer of assurance for our gluten free non alcoholic beer.
• •LESS THAN .5% ABV: This craft beer is considered non-alcoholic because it contains less than.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). It's excellent to drink out of the can or in a nice tall glass. Enjoy Go Brewing non alcoholic drinks for happy hour without the day after headache.
• •LOW IN CALORIES: Go Brewing alcohol free beer is brewed with classic ingredients, and is low in calories (compared to regular beer). Each can has 79 calories, compared to most pale ales that can have anywhere around 180 calories per beer. These craft beers are made from classic ingredients. We pride ourselves on quality - From brewing everything in small batches right in our brewery, to packaging everything onsite, to our in-house lab.
