These cartridges are not exclusive to Delta 1600 Series and can be found on Glacier Bay & Pegasus shower valves also.
• •Easy Installation: Install your new valve in 7 easy steps 1) Shut off water to faucet valve 2) Remove handle index button or set screw 3) Remove handle screw with a screwdriver, turning counter clockwise 4) Remove retaining nut by turning counter clockwise 5) Pull old cartridge out old cartridge, seats, and springs 6) Install new seats and springs, Grease and insert new cartridge 7) Reinstall retaining nut and handle (General instructions on faucet cartridge replacement, additional steps may be required)

• •Ensure this cartridge is the correct one for your valve; Glacier Bay, Baypointe, & Pegasus faucets use a very similiar style cartridge that utilizes a pressure balance instead of seats and springs.
• •Dimensions: The RP1991 mixing cartridge measures 2" (51 mm) in length. 1.37" (35mm) in the outside diameter. Intensely tested by the manufacturer to ensure the cartridge can meet the demand of your shower.
