Bought this for my other grandson who is 7 and loves to take apart small engines and put back together with his Dad. Thought it would be a great thing he can tackle on his own.

I got this for my son who loves putting stuff together and figuring out how stuff works. Some of the bags weren't labeled but we figured it out. A few of the pieces are a bit "cheap" feeling and not super sturdy but everything works and it is a fun little stem kit for kids!

The media could not be loaded. Update: I upgrade this to 4.5 stars. My 10 year old Granddaughter and I put together two of these yesterday, The "Glider" and the "Obstacle Avoidance Robot." The Glider turned out to be much cooler than I thought it would be! The prop spun fast enough that it did a good job of propelling the Glider across the floor! And if you hook up the power leads backwards it powers the Glider backwards at a rather high rate of speed. The Granddaughter loved that! It actually got quite a bit of play time. Much more than that Obstacle Avoidance Robot. She had to show both or them to her parents though!

The attached video shows the "Glider" being pushed backwards by the force of the rotating propeller.

I still think the thrill will wear off rather fast but it was two hours of entertainment putting them together and a bit of rough play will send them to the trash can.

A person might be able to assemble them by themselves, but it is a lot easier if you have Grandpa there to hold pieces in place as the screws are put in place. It was a lot of fun getting them to work!

A budding young child with a mechanical aptitude will learn quite a bit by putting together the 5 enclosed projects.

This is a STEM project, that is built for learning. It is a bit like the old erector sets from decades ago, but the plastic is much lighter in weight.

I think that kids will learn quite a bit from putting these projects together. I would not expect that the child will display them on his desk or anything, but I think the child will power them up and run them around the house once each is completed.

I would guess that each project will take an hour or so to complete. The projects were a Tank complete with Tracks, A propeller powered Glider, (yeah, how can a Glider have a prop...) A solar powered car. A Wind Powered Car, and my favorite, an Obstacle Avoidance Robot!!

I recently got these STEM kits from BeAndge Store for my nephews and they've been a hit in our household. The projects are engaging and scientific in nature, which is a fantastic way to spark curiosity in young minds. Each machine comes with step-by-step instructions, although I must admit that some parts could be marked a bit more clearly to aid in following the directions accurately.

While the quality of the pieces could be slightly better, the assembly kits being packaged separately is a smart move. It makes the process organized and less overwhelming. The best part is that the kits are relatively EASY to assemble, allowing the kids to feel a sense of accomplishment once they complete a project. I've noticed that working on these projects has significantly improved their thinking abilities. It's wonderful to see them problem-solve and think critically while having fun.

Overall, these STEM kits have been a valuable addition to our learning and playtime routine. Despite a few minor improvements that could be made, the positive impact they've had on my nephews' cognitive development and interest in science makes them well worth it.
