I've been taking a vitamin B complex nearly every morning to help with stress and energy since I started school again about 6 months ago, and it has worked wonders. I most definitely notice a difference. I also separately bought some high-dosage Vitamin B12 drops since I wanted to boost my energy levels without consuming so much caffeine and support my overall health. My mom recommended trying a high dosage of vitamin B-6 and B-12, as they are known for their effectiveness, and she has found it helpful. The amount of B12 in your typical B-complex formula is not nearly enough to get the full desired effect with these two. And she was right, it works great for a noticeable energy boost for sure.

This complex is excellent. Not only is it on par with the other B vitamin dosage levels, but it also includes the extra high dosages of B-12 and B-6 needed for the desired energy kick. This is great because now I don't have to buy two separate B vitamins, one for overall stress and body support and one specifically for sustained energy.

Before coming across this, I was using a regular B-complex from Costco, and this one is right on par with most of the amounts, except when it comes to B-6 and B-12, this one blows it out of the water. The dosage for B-6 in this formula is 30mg compared to 3mg, and this one has 2000mcg of B-12 compared to 100mcg with the other brand! I would highly recommend these if you are looking for extra high doses of your energy B-12 and B-6 vitamins included with your regular B-complex.

Every since I started taking these i feel wonderful i feel like I got part of me back 😌 💯 I have a issue with my stomach and can't keep any food down so I feel bad all the time because I'm not getting what I need and this vitamin has alot of what I needed and has helped me get my mojo back lol I have so much energy now and I don't feel all groogy and have brain fog and I also noticed I don't hurt as much since starting these I don't know if they help with that but its helping me with that and I think my eye health has improved as well I see alot better since I started these but these have helped me alot I would definitely recommend trying these.

I can say, I enjoyed taking this suppliment. As a user of another B complex, I can tell when my concentration is hungry to focus, and I can tell when the energy is there in me. And I could feel both.
I cannot seem to measure a change or noticable lift in spirit. So I can't say I felt the happy part.
