My Husband was putting foil on cooking sheets before placing them in the oven and I was getting nervous due to the articles I had read about foil and cancer. So I bought this, since it is pre-cut and easy to use. If baking something like chicken wings, the grease still goes thru a little bit, but not a lot. However, I have noticed that it does not stick as much as it did to the foil.

I still cut my own for some things, but these do make it easier when doing a lot of cooking or baking at once. A word of CAUTION, when using on a non rimmed cookie sheet these are slippery rascals, it is easy for the paper to slide off and dump your freshly baked items back in the oven, or on the door, or even on the floor.,

What is not to like about this parchment paper. I usually buy the store brand of a big box store. It's bleached, you don't get much and it's very hard to manage. I like this paper because it's unbleached, you get A LOT and it's very easy to tear and manage. I love it!!
