Great product but used different wall anchors

Quality of the panels is very good. I used plastic screw in wall anchors instead of the metal ones that came with the panels. They just didn't have enough bite to hold the metal mounting rods to the wall. The sand color was darker than pictured but we like that"¦we were afraid it would be too light"¦ it's more of a taupe ish color. Took a little more thought in measuring for the bottom mounting holes since all four had to be done before any screws could be used to attach the metal brackets"¦MAKE SURE ONLY TO PUSH THE PANEL UP SO ITS FLUSH WITH THE TOP OF THE MOUNTING BRACKET AND NOT PAST THAT OR THE HOLES WILL NOT LINE UP. Other than that we are really satisfied.

These were so easy to install and the quality is incredible. I bought one set of the 30" panels and one set of the 39" panels in order to create a corner daybed with a queen bed. I couldn't be happier with the results. These are well made, with a high quality microfiber fabric and precise brackets that made the installation easy. I also love that the panels themselves sit off the wall just enough to drop a power cord down behind them. I used this space to add some reading lamps.

As mentioned in my previous one star review, these panels arrived used and dirty. Now, however, Vant has stepped in and refunded my purchase price 100% (they had originally wanted to charge a 15% restocking fee which is their standard policy on Amazon returns).
I appreciate the customer service and have raised my review to 4 stars. The panels are nice and elegant. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there are some things that could be improved. The mounts on the back of the panels are not always in the same place which can make the pattern uneven on the wall. Also, panels at the bottom of our arrangement tend to slide out of position when our heads touch the headboard we've created. Overall, these panels provide an attractive, but expensive, finished look to our bedroom. And, with customer service responding when I had an issue, I would recommend them.
