These plugs are great! Each has 2 locking screws to hold your wire securely in position. Each terminal is marked red or black. Even the tiny zip lok bags work! They are easy to open! The main zip lok bag even works easily! I am floored. Outstanding! Should cost twice as much.

These are, by far, the best banana plugs I've found. The speaker wire stays secure thanks to the two small screws, and the flared plug also stays secure in the receiver's posts. I'm replacing all my other banana plugs with these.
