So I recently moved into an apartment complex that had fixed showerheads, and I knew that I would have to change them out.
I spent more hours than I would like to admit researching the best showerheads.
I wanted some thing with a strong water pressure and flow, something that was valuable for the money, something that would last.
I did take the pressure regulator out as it shows in the instructions if you want to.
I highly recommend taking it out.
The size of this is perfect to wash your whole body when hanging up.
I purchased and installed two of these into my house. One of them started leaking so I unscrewed it and I added more plumbers tape put it back together and voila!
My favorite part about this is I am a clean freak, and I love spraying down my showers with tub and tile cleaner and then spraying it down.
The top two nozzles one is a single Jet and the other is a dual jet"¦ they are incredibly powerful, and they will get every nook and cranny clean.
I do like the metal that was used for the hose.
I did not expect to find this much quality for this cheap of a price.
Prior to this, I tried another knock off brand of this, and let me just say go with this one.
This is the brand that started all of those other knock offs.

I bought this because of the number of reviews that it has and mostly all positive. I received it same day.
First thing I'm going to address is the claim from some reviewers on here that it increased their water pressure. A shower head is not going to increase your water pressure. If you have weak water pressure, it's most likely that you have clogged pipes that restricting how much water is coming through them OR (like was my case) check to make sure the main water line valve to the house outside is actually turned on all the way. For months we had low water pressure until I finally called the landlord who came out and found that the main water valve hadn't been turned on all the way. Now we have amazing water pressure. But a shower head is not going to do that.
Second thing is the spray field. I'm someone who likes to sit in the shower and let the hot water rain down on me. I like shower heads that have a wide dispersion field so it covers all of me. This one has a fairly nice dispersion field but it doesn't get wider the further away from the shower head that it gets. Which means, if you enjoy sitting in your tub having the shower rain down on you, you won't get completely covered with this one. I tried the mist setting but it's not the same.
What I do like is the super concentrated settings that come out of the top of the shower head. Wow. Switch to one of those if you really need to get some cleaning done in your shower.
Overall I'm very happy with this shower head. I may add one of those rain heads as well but this will be good to use and I'm looking forward to using it when bathing the dogs.

I purchased this because my former Costco high pressure showerhead was leaking and I wanted to replace after 4 years. I choose this design because it was the first time I saw a pressure washer stream in the shower head to clean the shower walls and because it advertised anti-clog nozzles.
It installed easy and the shower cleaning stream worked great. The only issue is it didn't have the high pressure like wash that my former shower head had. The setting show the only modes are rain, mist, and a fine massage stream and a mix of those 3. Thus, there is no water setting for an intense rinse. The shower head is fine but it doesn't massage your back or head like my former shower head. It has a much wider reach and works fine, but I miss that high pressure blast that made me feel 100% clean after a shower. Now I feel like I have to scrub harder and work harder in my shower because the pressure is off (NOTE I did not include or install the water restrictor in this shower head). Also my matt black color was plastic (it was the only color that would ship to California).

My husband had back surgery and needed something that he could use while sitting on a shower bench. This hand-held shower head was inexpensive and had a long hose, so we thought (at least for now) it would work. It's better than we thought! The installation was a breeze, and there are no leaks. There are a handful of settings to use depending on what type of shower you want: the higher pressure settings offer great pressure, and there are misty and rainfall-type settings. The most amazing thing is the cleaning mode on the flip-side- incredible! My husband said that is worth the price alone. It gives great pressure spray, which makes it convenient to clean the shower- you can spray it right down. The only possible downfall is the shower head itself seems like silver-y plastic- not metal, which worries me as to its durability- we'll see. The hose and fittings are definitely metal, so they seem like they will hold up for quite a while. Even with that in mind, it does a great job, at an incredible price, and I highly recommend!
