I liked that I did not have to spray myself down every time I went outside with DEET products. I have a dog and he likes to lick, and it can be deadly for animals to lick the spray off of your body. I tried just one bracelet and I got bit on the other arm and on my legs. I then tried adding another one to my other arm, and then I got bit on my legs, so by the end I had one on each arm one around each ankle and stretched one around so it fit around my neck like a necklace. I would walk the dog every night like this and I never got bit until the very end of the season. I think by then they started to lose their potency. But for 3 months I was able to walk my dog at night without being covered with mosquito bites. They come in a 10 pack which essentially means if you do what I did you can wear one set of five for a couple of months and another set of five for the last couple of months. I will say that I do not live in a area where there are thousands upon thousands of mosquitoes out every night, but I was getting bit every night. So your geographic location will matter. Also, I found that you can wear fewer of them if you are sitting by a campfire or sitting out at night, but walking through grass, near trees or standing water, requires multiple bracelets.

I live in the Caribbean where mosquitoes are abundant. So far the product seems to work, however I was not impressed with the packaging. It's as if someone opened it before it got to me. I am not sure if this is the fault of the manufacturer or of the shipping company. It is something that I suggest be investigated as some buyers might blame the company for things like that.

Easy to slip on when mosquitoes were around. Kept me from getting bit and they were easy to reuse. Just store in the closed pouch

I like how easy these are and that I don't need to spray all over my body and clothes. Now, with that said they are not as effective as using a spray but they are a good alternative. I live in Florida and am prone to mosquito bites, so I typically put 2 or 3 on at a time and put them back in the bags to use again. I'll still get some bites depending on how bad it is outside but far less if I didn't use them.

I bought this for my trip to Mo'orea. I was looking for a deet free more environmentally friendly bug repellent. We went into the jungles a lot & let me tell you.. the mosquitoes are big & annoying! This product in combination to the Repel Plant-Based Lemon Eucalyptus Insect Repellent Spray - its a win win! I barely had any bites & if I did I would spray the bite w/ the repel spray - no itching was involved!! Some people had massive welts from the mosquito bites & am I thankful there was multi pack because people were asking for them. I was there for 10 days & wore on both my ankles.. I changed them the moment the scent (very light) was not able to be smelled which on average was 3-4 days. Its not perfect but I was soooo happy I bought this so I am not going to take stars away!
