Good purchase for price, but only if you know what you are doing/ research.

For the price this is a worthy purchase. However, I have small hands and the bulb needs more pressure than I am able to give, to empty fully (when in use), and so I have experienced it sucking back a little. This means that it becomes necessary for me to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the outside and inside, after every use. Infections can be dangerous, so this is important, and the inside needs to dry out completely too, which is not the easiest in a damp climate. It is really important, due to the thick rubber of the bulb, to be aware of water temperature, when filling. If the temperature is too high or low, you can hurt yourself badly, and the rubber is too thick to be able to gauge temperature while it is full. So, it is important, for safety to really know what you are din when you try to do this at home, and not to go overboard - because you can make yourself sick, and hurt yourself badly.
EASY TO USE AND DISCRETE

It is simple to store, use and clean.
1) You can remove the tip and put it into the bulb, and hide it under your sink or where ever you hide your "stuff".
2) Just add warm water into the bulb, and pop in the spout. Make sure you lubricate the tip and slowly insert it. You do not have to go all the way in! Keep the water pressure low and steady. And just because you filled the bulb full of water, it doesn't mean you have to squirt it all in. Do it to your comfort level.
3) To clean, just put some soap in the bulb, run warm water in it until there is no more soap residue in it. For the spout, pump some soap down the shaft and around it, and rinse well. And of course, always clean before use to be safe.
You will save so much money instead of buying store bought enemas. Or at least I did!!!
The only problem I had with this product is that if you overuse it, you will end up with "too much water inside you". The water you use does not contain saline like in enemas, which "balance your insides", so you don't feel like a swamp. If you use too much water, you will have the opposite effect. If so, please be "careful". Remember, less is more. You don't need to "deep clean" to be "clean". DO NOT TRY ADDING SALT INTO THE WATER TO FIX IT. You can risk dehydration. DO NOT DO IT.

I'm somewhat new to the anal game, and haven't used this but c couple of times to this point. I will, however, comment on my observations.
1) Some reviewers have complained about the sharpness of the nozzle. Yeah, I know -- the anus is filled with sensitive nerve endings. But you're sticking this thing up your ass with the ultimate intent of sticking something even larger up your ass. Don't be such a wuss. Use a little sandpaper or an emery board and soften the edges a little. It's really not that big a deal...
2) Some have complained about the inside of the bulb picking up a bad case of the yuckies. Think, grasshopper! Fill the bulb with water, stick it in your ass, and squeeze. Pull it out of your ass, and then let go of the bulb. Letting go while it's still in your ass, which is now filled with water and fecal matter is the major reason that you get some of the yuck in the bulb. To further reduce the chances of this, run a few cycles with plain water after you're finished using it. In other words, RINSE IT OUT before putting it away!
How will it hold up over time? Will the rubber harden & crack? I dunno, but if something goes wrong, I'll be back to talk about it.

Seals well and is comfortable. The inflation bulbs leave a little to be desired
Be sure to put a towel under your butt

I personally didn't have the quality issues some people have had in the past. Obviously this is nowhere near the quality that the Klystra nozzles were before, but mine did the job well enough, with both balloons functioning without fail even after 30-40 uses. I upgraded the pumps which made a big difference, and I would recommend swapping them out for better ones. The only problem I had was the gap between balloons never created the seal it was supposed to. This is due to the design of the nozzle and not a random manufacturing error. Be sure to put a towel under your butt before starting the flow. The inner balloon will seal after a bit but I always had some water escape at the beginning. Having said that, using this nozzle definitely made it way easier to take large volume enemas with no issues. I recently got rid of my enema stuff but if I come back to it in the future I would probably buy this nozzle again. It's always going to be hit or miss with products like this so bear that in mind before purchasing.
