Out of all the numbing creams ive bought, this one has worked the best. It numbed for about 6 hours and it took about 2 hours to numb. Its really great. Couldnt feel a thing on my hand! I will be trying on my septum piercing and navel piercing though!!!

I purchased this numbing cream for my daughter's rook piercing and it did a great job. I put it on probably 2-2.5 hours before she got both rooks pierced and she said that she was more nervous than she needed to be and the piercing only felt like an ant bite. For the reduction in pain and increased reassurance, I'd definitely recommend this. I've had numbing creams for tattoos that were removed after only 30 minutes and that's not nearly enough time for them to work. Next time, I'll do my own and put it on before I leave the house. Worth it.

Follow the instructions. Take a shower to open the pores. Apply a thick layer on area to be tattooed. Cover with saran wrap for at least an hour. Cut the saran wrap off. Wash off cream without soap. Wait 30 minutes before your tattoo.
The numbing effect was awesome - didn't feel a thing except for pressure during the 1st hour of tattooing. 2nd hour I felt more scrapping like feeling on skin while tattooing. The 3rd and 4th hour I felt the tattooing but I am sure not to the fullest extent. Now I am home after 4 hours and the tattoo raw area doesn't hurt yet so it is probably still working and causing it to be less sore. Will be using again in two weeks for my second 4 hour session for sure. The only thing I regret is not using this product sooner for my previous tattoos. Would have saved me from a lot of discomfort! I highly recommend.

This product does work to numb the area. I use this for microneedling and can attest it works well. I leave it on for 2 hours with plastic wrap to keep in the moisture. I then rinse it off and begin microneedling. It lasts for a couple of hours . No pain.
