I purchased this wine fridge back in December for '22 and enjoy how nice and quiet it is. It also looks good in our wet bar. The blue lighting give a nice touch and the dual zone temperature keeps fine. However, the wood shelf drawers in the white wine section are a little tight and can't put more than 5 bottles on the top shelf without the weight eventually pressing down on the 2nd level shelf. The red wine zone doesn't have that same issue.
We did have an issue with a leak coming out from underneath the fridge, we troubleshooted and realized the evaporator stopped working. I contacted customer service and Lynette was very helpful resolving our issue and we were satisified with the result.

I purchased this cooler for a new house build that was delayed. So the cooler sat for a year before I started using it. It works great and maintains dual temperatures perfectly. But after several months of use, it developed an annoying noise in one of the cooling fans. I contacted customer service and they have been very responsive. Even though the warranty had expired due to my long term storage, they graciously sent me a replacement fan. So I would say that the unit isn't the only thing that is cool. Great customer service is worth a lot.
