The seat feels sturdy, and the smaller child seat magnetically attaches firmly when not in use. The child portion can also easily be removed when it is no longer needed, so we plan on using this seat long term even when the kids out grow it.

This is our third time purchasing this toilet seat. Two for our home and one for the grandparents house. It's so easy to install and super easy to clean.
