1. Super easy to install. We've never changed out a showerhead before. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Fits perfectly on our shower arm. Leaks were easily fixed with some slight tightening. No issues. Runs great! The pressure is also perfect.
2. All of the modes on the head are fantastic! My husband calls the water jet that shoots from the top of the head "Enterprise Mode", because he says: A. The showerhead looks exactly like the Enterprise from Star Trek and the water comes out from the same place the phasers are and B. It's awesome. I call it Bidet Mode - that's pretty self explanatory
3. We get rinsed off in half the time, our showers don't take as long and we feel cleaner!

The only hard part of the installation was removing the old shower head from the shower arm, which was screwed on very tighy. I had to use a mini blowtorch to heat and expand the metal and joint pliers to finally unscrew the old shower head. Assembling the hose and shower head was a breeze. I was very pleased with the ample hose length. And screwing in the the other end of the hose to the mounting bracket which then screws into the shower arm was easy as well. I didn't need to use any sealing tape. There were no leaks.
The mix two and mist modes are the settings I use the most. I can't wait until summer to enjoy a cool, misting shower. I had also purchased a Medline Shower Chair Seat. So I can just sit and relax with a warm, misting shower. This shower head was a great buy!
