I've used these for a few weeks for installing and repairing gutters, and they have proved their worth from day one. I've dropped my drivers, stuffed them in bags, and climbed hundreds of feet of ladders with them and I haven't lost a single bit. The material on the outside is starting to wear slightly, but it dosent affect the performance at all. This is a tool you would be hesitant to buy, but would have no problem buying again.
Most of my projects are behind me, better late than never!

Fantastic little add-on for you driver, you know what you use most or what you'll be needing for a specific project so keeping it handy is a big timesaver.
I've got the Gen 2, holder fits nicely but I added some thick 2-sided tape to the section that floats above the label.
The screw had some preapplied threadlock and was plenty long.
The bits hold well to the magnets but I imagine if the magnets get dirt or metal chips on them the retention will suffer so I'll keep an eye out for that.
As mentioned in the title, I'm getting older and most of my big work is behind me but having this convenience will keep me from setting bits down and losing them.
The little M12 hex impact is an amazing tool, with this holder it's even better!

Impact driver looks like it came with this thing. On smaller bits, like the ones that come with smaller deck screws, they are a little harder to pull out of the holder just because the are harder to grasp. #2 phillips and robertsons have no problem.
