This Cabinet is solid. It was packaged very very well. I suggest 2 people for direct wall mount install. If you are recessing it you will either need to construct wooden brackets going down the back to screw in or drill into the sides to make mounting points to attach to studs. Adjustments are easy for the left/right for the hinge however the up/down are very very tight and may need to be done while the unit is flat on a table or other flat surface before hanging. Otherwise looks very nice when installed.
Only complaint is the hinges should open a bit more considering there is a mirror on the inside as well as the outside of the unit. Using the mirror surface when the door is open isn't really practical as the door stops right at 90 degrees.

I've previously gone with using a mirror in my bathroom but it seems like it might be better to have a medicine cabinet with a mirror as I can just put my daily things in there instead of below the sink. Below the sink makes things out of view but if you ever have an issue with the plumbing there, it could make for a fun time...or if you have an inspector coming over because your home insurance is changing and you don't want them to think you are a hoarder when they examine the P-Trap. If that was too specific, well, yeah...The point still stands and being organized is great, which is what this allowed.

Great Black Waterproof Medicine Cabinet with Vanity Mirror, but the Glass Shelves not so much

This is a great black waterproof medicine cabinet and vanity mirror. The highlight is the hinges and the door. I like the fact that the inside of it has a mirror so you can use it while it's open. The only thing that I don't like about it is the glass shelves. Although it seems like it would make it better, the corners of the glass shelf chipped and of course I can't have chipped or broken glass shelves in a medicine cabinet in my bathroom, so I removed one of the glass shelves. This actually makes it possible to have taller items inside on one shelf. So even though it reduces the number of items that can be placed inside of it, it's still overall a very nice medicine cabinet and is strong. It's sturdy enough that I trust that it will stay mounted on the wall. The metal frame on the door that holds the mirror on both sides is not thick but seems to be made well and I do see the mirrors are cut well. I mean it's precise and it's flush inside the frame of both the front and back of the door. The hinges are heavy duty and operate smoothly. It's just all around made with proper measurements from top to bottom. The only thing I'm not so sure about is the glass shelves inside being the best of choice for this as glass shelves can also be difficult to clean and maintain.
