Just received it this morning but I have no reason to believe it's not quality. Super, SUPER quiet which is so weird considering how much it inflates. Readings seem accurate. Got it because I'm on a med for SVT that will have a side effect of lowering my blood pressure and we don't want it too low. This is perfect in terms of portability, discretion, and efficiency!
