This is one of those rare items where I hoped that whoever designed the packaging on this gets some good kudos, because the thought that went into this packing is really incredible. Everything is protected pretty well, and the arrangement of everything in the box was nothing short of impressive! Yes, there's a lot of packaging, but the only possible issue I could find was the top reflector, which is by necessity a thinner metal, which had some very slight dents.

Assembly was also nice and easy. The little wrench included is a bit of a joke of stamped metal with unfinished edges, but worked well as a holder for using a wrench on the other side of a nut/bolt to tighten things up.

Instructions were nice and clear (no photocopied single page of an assembly diagram) with each page clearly laying out steps along with helpful (sometimes necessary) tips.

The design is thoughtful, even down to the concern we had of wheeling the heater into storage and realizing that the top reflector was too wide to get through any doors (including our sliding back door)...but this was considered as well as the reflector is attached with finger-tighten-able (and removeable) wing nuts.

As it's still too warm to use, a quick test run appears to start and run predictably, and if I end up disappointed by the heat, distribution, or durability, I will return with an update as the cooler season appraoches!

I have a open large shed that we keep our tractors under. Cold, rainy days are the perfect time to service and repair whatever needs mending and this outdoor heater makes it much more comfortable. My farm shed is only a tin roof with no sides so no worry of lack of oxygen here. The heater puts out lots of heat and can be easily moved, when cool, to wherever its needed. The only problem I have found with it is whenever we have farm help around, they are usually drawn to it like a magnet, always pretending to be tired and cold. The quality of the patio heater is surprisingly good. The heat reflector is not as large as others I have seen, but it sends down plenty of heat. The whole thing looks nice and was easy to assemble, took the farm hand about 30 minutes. I like it a lot.

Tool about 25 minutes to assemble. Once all hooked up, it took a few seconds to start heating up. So, real quick heat. 🔥 The heat definitely got more intense and I needed to adjust down. I'm thinking perfect for cold weather. The color is bronze and it matches my patio furniture perfectly (wicker). I do get a lot of wind where I'm at so I really was appreciative of the tip over safety feature. ðŸ˜
I'm sure your not gonna be leaving this out in rain, but I do wish I would have ordered a cover for it at the same time. Keeping it clean and protected. The covers are about $20 and worth it. Recommending this as it fit my needs ðŸ‘

This patio heater looks beautiful and classy, and the brown color even matches my house's trim, so out on my screened patio, it complements the décor perfectly. It fits generally well on my fairly large patio, but it's quite tall and only about 6 inches away from reaching my metal (of some sort) ceiling, so I'll be keeping a close eye on that area of it. So far, I've not noticed any issues with it seeming to damage my ceiling, but I've only been running it in short spurts, as it's still fairly warm here in Florida, and even the coldest days we get won't require excessive use from this anyway. I'm pleased that it gets hot incredibly quickly, and it keeps the surrounding area very comfortable indeed. When the temperature actually dips the couple of times that will likely occur around February, I'm excited to enjoy spending some time on my patio in total comfort.

The quality of this heater unit seems excellent all around. All of the components look superb and seem absolutely sturdy. It's a very nice unit! Keep in mind that you'll have to provide your own tank of propane, as one is certainly not included. Assembly was pretty easy, taking my husband and me only about an hour while working at a casual pace. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow once we got a feel for their layout, including paying close attention to the tips. I appreciated greatly that all the hardware parts were clearly labeled throughout the instructions and also on their clever packaging (see my photos). Indeed, the instructions are detailed within the lovely manual booklet, which on its own is worth keeping.

Overall, I'm perfectly pleased with this beautiful, sturdy, and functional heating unit, and I can't wait to utilize it on some upcoming cold days that I'm eagerly anticipating.

We got this delivered just in time for a backyard event that we were hosting in October. Per my husband, assembly wasn't too difficult and the instructions were pretty clear and concise.
The unit itself looks sharp and is a great addition to our backyard patio. It provided a great additional heat source for people who we're standing back away from the fire pit. Taller people are going to feel the heat much more intensely than shorter folks, as confirmed by my short self and my taller friend! I actually had to turn the heat down because it was much hotter for her than it was for me (she picked me up so I could feel the difference and it was pretty significant!) Its easy to adjust the heat output with just a turn of the knob. The bottom section (that covers the propane tank) doubles as a drink holder too!
The unit does come with two hinges to secure it to a surface but we plan to keep ours mobile and just store it indoors when the weather really turns cold and winter.
The quality seems to be fine, the metal material is a little thin but I think it will last just fine as long as we care for it properly. I'm beyond happy with this item and was so thankful to have it on a chilly October evening!!
