I was skeptical but once I had this on, everything I read is true. Buttery soft, minimizes any side or back fat, has comfortable support, comes with an extender (which I use and it makes that band perfectly comfortable) and is a soft pink. I really like it. Not fancy-sexy -- no lace, spaghetti straps, etc -- but for every day it is cute and comfy. I wear a 36A and it fits fine. I ordered the Medium. The extender is a major plus or the band would be tight. The shoulder straps are comfortable but could be a half-inch longer. I'm rather long waisted; probably doesn't bother most women. Highly recommended! (And I am sure Amazon is glad I'm not returning any more bras!)
