Lasts several days before needing charge

This is a nice headlamp. It will go several days of a couple hour use each day before needing a charge. It does have the feature that makes it shut off or come on with motion. I suppose that's good for some, but when I'm out feeding my animals and I get to close to the cage it shuts off right when you need it. However you can use the left button to operate it and it bypasses that function. It also has a cool light up area on the back of the band so if you need to be seen from behind, you can turn that one on as well. You charge it on the back of the headlamp and it has 4 dots that show you how low your battery is by blinking 1, 2, 3 or the 4th dot while charging. In all the times I used it I think I only got it down to the first dot once. This headlamp is great for holding a charge. I hope it holds up. All in all it works great and is better than the other headlamps I have bought.
Update : I've been using this headlamp now for almost 3 months. The charge still holds very well and I charge it maybe once or twice a week. I usually put it on the first setting but sometimes cycle through a couple of the others. I can have this on for 2-3 hours and still have charge for several more days. I love having something dependable at night to check on my animals or just to see the hilly ground outside at night.
Update : I've been using this headlamp now for almost 3 months. The charge still holds very well and I charge it maybe once or twice a week. The head lamps today are so much lighter than the ones I bought a few years ago, and they just feel so much more comfortable. I use them taking the trash out at night, when the electricity goes out, we use them so often that I just keep them charged and hanging on hooks all the time.

Bought it as a gag gift cuz I thought it was random enough to be funny but I decided to test how well it works by using it to get some stuff out of the dark garage and was very impressed by the practicality of it and just how bright it could get. I kept that one and ordered a second one.

At 20,000 lumens this would begin to blind people, but perhaps the seller means 20,000 combined lumens, which is not a normal way to explain lighting ability. The light is an upgrade from one I had 20-years ago and I really like the lights on the back as well as the front. It is a bit heavy over time and the strap doesn't breathe well which causes sweat to build up. Maybe if it was worn on top of cotton or a hat?
